Wherever applicable, we check specifications, order acknowledgments, drawings,
and calculation sheets submitted by the manufacturer.
Suprimat literally penetrates the manufacturer hierarchy, communicating with all relevant parties, starting with the production floor and upwards. We discuss the technical aspects of the order with our counterparts enabling us to predict possible pitfalls, difficulties and misunderstandings from the outset of the commissioned schedule.
We communicate with the client's engineering and operational staff informing and advising of potential problems. We use our knowledge and expertise in suggesting solutions and alternatives to these problems, eliminating them at the earliest stage possible, ensuring delivery and schedule deadlines.
Our Expediting procedures include a detailed checklist to be followed by the expeditor whilst executing expediting activities on all facets of the manufacturing program.
